What do anti-wrinkle injections cost in the UK?

There is no single national price, and any clinic quoting one before they have seen you should give you pause. The cost of anti-wrinkle injections depends mainly on how many areas are treated and the assessment behind the treatment. Rather than publish a headline figure that might not apply to you, we confirm your price at your consultation — so you always know exactly what you are paying, and for what, before you decide.

What affects the price?

• The number of areas — treating one area costs less than treating several. Many people ask about “one, two or three areas”, and the price usually reflects this.
• Your individual assessment — the right dose and plan is worked out for you, not applied from a template.
• Who is treating you — treatment prescribed and delivered within a regulated, prescriber-led setting is not the same product as a cut-price deal, even if the words used to advertise it look similar.

What should the price include?

At a responsible clinic, the price you are quoted should cover the whole episode of care, not just the few minutes of injecting. With us, that means:

• Your prescriber assessment and suitability check.
• The treatment itself, using an appropriately prescribed medicine.
• Clear aftercare advice.
• A review afterwards if you need one.

Why the cheapest option is rarely the best

Anti-wrinkle injections use a prescription-only medicine, and the assessment behind them is a big part of what keeps them safe. When a price looks far below everyone else’s, something is usually being cut — often the consultation, the prescriber oversight, or the quality of care. This is a treatment where it genuinely pays to ask who is assessing you and who is prescribing, not just what the sticker says. Cheap should never mean unsafe.

Why we don’t run “offers” on prescription treatments

You will not find us running flash sales, “buy now” countdowns or two-for-one deals on anti-wrinkle injections. Pressuring people into a prescription-only medical treatment with a discount clock is not how safe, prescriber-led care should work — and it is something the UK regulators have rightly warned against. We would rather quote you a fair, transparent price after a proper assessment.

How to compare prices sensibly

If you are shopping around, compare like for like: is there a real prescriber assessment, who administers the treatment, what does the price include, and is there aftercare and a review? A slightly higher price that includes proper care is usually better value than a bargain that does not.
