Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with any product or service we have supplied please get in touch with us at customerservice@buryhealthcareonline.co.uk or give us a call to discuss how we can resolve your concern to your satisfaction.

Requests for refunds related to returned goods will be processed on receipt of the product – it typically takes 3-5 working days for the funds to credit to your original payment method.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations if you make a purchase online or by telephone you have the right to cancel your order. Requests for refunds for cancelled orders must be made within 14 days of placing the order. It is your responsibility to send this request for a refund in writing to customerservice@buryhealthcareonline.co.uk .


Returns Policy

You can request to return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt for refund or replacement.

Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK.

All returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.

Please note that we are unable to process returns for the following scenarios:

  1. Unsealed items that originally had a protective seal.
  2. Items that have been used in any manner.
  3. Medicinal products or services that have been provided based on a prescription.


The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. All returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.

Regrettably, we do not provide a prepaid return service, and we are unable to reimburse your expenses for returning the items to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in their original condition. Therefore, we advise you to securely package the items and utilize a tracked delivery service for their return.

If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched then please contact us as soon as possible. Orders placed up to 2.30pm on usual days of dispatch can typically be cancelled on the day – it is your responsibility to contact us to confirm your order has been cancelled.

Kindly be aware that in the event your order value surpasses £60, and you request a refund for reasons unrelated to clinical matters, there will be a £10 refund processing fee. This fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount and is intended to cover third-party fees and administrative expenses.
